Hey there! I'm Stephanie
I'm a retired party girl with over 3 decades of mistakes, blackouts, and regret under my belt.

I come from 2 beautiful women (my grandmother and my mom), but alcohol took them both.

Finally, at the age of 42, after heavy drinking for many years, I woke UP and realized that I had A LOT of living left to do and my son needed me. (Blacking out and a black eye for his 5th birthday was the final straw for this girl). *Cringing*

      To help you make peace with the past, seeing a therapist might be a good option, but if that’s not the case with you, you are good to go with the Rebuilding You program alone.

      How long do I need to commit every week, I don’t have time?

      Content is dripped out every week for 6 weeks, and each video is about an hour long so you’d need an hour to watch the video and another 10 minutes to implement the homework.

      The group coaching sessions are held once every 2 weeks and they’ll be 60 minutes long. There’s not a compulsion to attend but it always feels nice to connect with people going through the same journey.
